Announcing Our Partnership with Black Men Therapy Fund

We’re excited to share a new partnership rooted in community care and collective impact.

Halton Black Voices (HBV) and Black Men Therapy Fund (BMTF) are coming together with a shared commitment to supporting the mental, emotional, and social wellbeing of Black men and our broader community.

Black Men Therapy Fund’s work in advancing culturally grounded mental health support for Black men deeply aligns with HBV’s mission to amplify Black voices and build belonging across Halton Region. Both organizations recognize the importance of creating spaces where community members feel seen, heard, and supported—not just occasionally, but consistently.

Through this partnership, we are working together to create opportunities for connection, healing, and meaningful conversation. Our approach is grounded in listening to community needs and responding with care, intention, and respect.

This collaboration reflects a shared belief that strong, supported communities are built through trust, presence, and collective action. It’s about showing up, building relationships, and creating environments where wellbeing is prioritized and nurtured.

We’re looking forward to what we’ll build together and to continuing this work alongside our community.
