Yoga Night (Monday)

  • Third Space 454 Rebecca Street Oakville Canada (map)

It’s time to pause, breathe, and move with purpose. Halton Black Voices is offering FREE yoga and wellness sessions for Black youth (16+) in Halton, and we’re inviting you to join us in this space of resistance, rest, and rejuvenation.

In a world that often demands so much from us, we are reclaiming our right to rest and wellness. These yoga sessions are more than just movement—they’re a powerful way to reconnect with your body, release stress, and build mental strength. Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance your performance, or simply seeking peace in your day-to-day life, this practice will help you cultivate balance in both physical and mental health.

Why You Should Join:

  • Stress Relief & Mental Clarity: Reduce anxiety and ground yourself through mindful movement and breathwork.

  • Build Strength & Flexibility: Improve your overall athletic performance and body awareness.

  • Community Connection: Share a safe space with like-minded peers who are committed to rest, growth, and healing.
