Ages 3+ welcome (caregivers attend with children)

We’re creating a cozy corner where every child can see themselves in the story—and where families read, imagine, and grow together. Enjoy a low-pressure, come-as-you-are vibe with:

  • Storytime featuring characters and creators from across the diaspora

  • Reading buddies for early and emerging readers

  • Simple games, snacks, art, and crafts

  • A brave, anti-oppressive space that centers Black joy and welcomes all our community

Accessibility & Notes:

  • Drop in anytime between 11:00 and 1:00; stories run in short sets.

  • Sensory-friendly seating available; let us know any supports that would help your child thrive.

  • Masks are welcome; please stay home if you’re unwell.
